		<description>JoRo: Good question! I&#039;m not sure. I don&#039;t think you&#039;d call it swing time. I&#039;ve seen it referred to as Scottish time (it turns up in a lot of traditional Scottish tunes) but I don&#039;t know if that&#039;s the formal name for it.</description>
