Thanks to the person that put my uke video on your site. I am a blues musician living in Portland,OR USA and mainly play guitar, but love the ukulele! A lot of uke players and groups here in Portland. We are having a four day uke festival in June and I have just been added to the line up along with Lyle Ritz, Del Rey, Jim Beloff, Ralph Shaw, Joel Eckhaus and a few others I cannot think of right now. Swell, as always! I got to see HH from Snake Suspenderz play “don’t get around much” – what a great song – recently. And I was noodling with “friday I’m in love” earlier this week so it’s nice to see how someone else handled it.

Some really fantastic performances here. I think its wonderful that such talented artists are able to circulate their work to such a wide audience.
And, well done to UKE HUNT for sending it round to us all…its a pleasure to open my emails these days to see what goodies UKE HUNT has sent!
P.S. I have already heard from some more people about the start up uke club here in Ireland…through your mentioning it in your newsletter.
