HIf you listen close…Eddie recorded 2 tracks on this. He IS playing the mandolin but also the second track is on the uke. You can here the nylon strings of the uke. Put whatever instrument down, put on some headphones and listen close. You can hear the uke very prominant right before…”such as the passage of time….” He kind of uses the uke as the rhythm part….

I can’t help it…but everytime I listen to this song I hear the words….”Gonna rise up, throw down my ace in the hole” in the second verse. Am I really hearing things here??
