Brittanylaah and Alissa: You might want to read this post about chord charts. The numbers at the bottom are fingerings rather than frets. The number at the side indictes which fret the chord diagram starts at.

luvuke: It's in D-tuning (you can hear the notes here). Or you can put a capo on at the second fret. If you don't mind playing it in a different key, you can just play the chord shapes as they're written.
