Madeline is getting quite the publicity these days! She definitely deserves it.

Both Film And Lentils and her cover album of In The Aeroplane Over The Sea were included in my top 20 of 2008.

I really think her voice is the star of her songs, but I know as she grows the ukulele will become more prominent. Oh and don’t forget the kazoo!

I love when people tap into the ukulele’s essence and don’t just do that darn chugga chugga hawaiian derivative stuff and they just sing the songs they want to sing.
