Great interview woodshed. And tell the kids that I really liked the Prince video. It’s always nice to see people having fun and not taking themselves so seriously. Especially since I live in Wash DC. ;)

Ironically I am not a New Zealander. I’m American. And if LisaG and Allison are the same folks I think they are… they are non-New Zealandy types as well.

We just have a good feel for great music ergo our appreciation for W.I.U.O. :-)

Unfortunately its not Jermaine Clement, shes called Jeanette.
But it does at least mean that there are two of us who know how ‘The Bucket’ goes!

and yes, a Great Britain International Ukulele Orchestra sounds like a great idea

The New Zealand lobby arrived in Edinburgh in the form of a Shane and helped me set up the Monday Ukearist! Since then I have been beholden to its charms whether I liked it or not!

Think I may have been to the WIUO cafe too back in the dark ages (pre uke).
