Rukuleleth: They definitely have their uses. Particularly in group situations.

RE picks: Thick felt specialist ukulele picks can work pretty well for heavy quick strums etc, and its good sometimes for playing loudly (with guitars or something).
So yeah, I wouldn’t normally use one but I think they have their uses.

i asked my housemate whom both plays the uke and likes girls and she’s as confused as we are, so if its a lesbian sub culture thing its still pretty underground, lol.

“Lesbian” is the new “L@@K!” regarding eBay titles designed to draw attention. Doesn’t seem to matter how big a stretch it might be for the semi scrupulous seller, and it’s got 250 peeps so far, that’s a lot for a photo of a uke, so it’s working. ;)
