I’m not very good with strumming patterns, but I play D DUD UD UDDD.

At “and the papers want to know whose shirts you wear”, the Fm chord lasts for D DUD U, and then it changes to C for the D UDDD part.

I haven’t compared it closely to the original recording. Whenever I try, I get confused …
