I selected an Eddy Finn electric/acoustic Koa tenor as my first uke. It’s a quality instrument, I fell in love with it. Beauty and brains.

I recently acquired a Spalted Maple Tenor. Eddy Finn Ukuleles are made in China but are of excellent quality. The US distributor which is SHS international stands by their products like no company I have ever seen! How do I know – because I got mine for FREE! As for the ukulele itself, it has nice sound, is nicely made and is an excellent alternative to the dime-a-dozen Kalas. I am used to playing high end Kamaka Ukuleles and while this instrument does not approach the Kamaka – it isn’t meant to. It is an affordable ukulele that looks cool and is fun to play. AND something unique: They are scented like pineapple/coconut – it’s gimicky – but very fun.

As an under-18, I chose an Eddy Finn EF 15 Soprano as my second uke, and I am loving it. It looks amazing, feels amazing, and plays like a dream.

I bought Eddy Finn EF-MBL Minnow in beautiful blue colour as a travel uke. I simply can´t describe how happy I am with this tiny uke! It looks like childs´toy but it is just illusion..Sound is very good, of course partly due to replaced bad factory strings. I restrung it with Aquila and the uke´s sounds is great now. When I hold it gently, without pressing it to my body very firmly it has incredibly colourful sound full of natural aliquotes..I spent 2 hours in the guitar store choosing among Eddy Finn Minnows..now I am happy..it sounds great..it holds tuning..it looks well..and believe me or not..it has beautiful woody scent . Minnow is maybe one of the cheapest ukes on market but for the price you get sound quality which is at least ten times higher. When I compare Minnow to my tenor uke Baton Rouge which was for EUR 110,- difference is not so big…So I am absolutely satisfied. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants much music for less money…

I picked up a E.F. ef-3, a molten pink one. IT IS AWESOME!!!!!
It is awesome right out of the box, you can put better strings on it, or not.
    Tuner is a must have.
Sound rates a def 5 with better strings.
psst. I think this one is better than the Fender in this price range.

I am a violin player, but I wanted an instrument which can play chords and is easy to play, to teach my young children.

I saw an Eddy Finn concert ukulele (EF-5-C) and had a little play in the shop, and realised it was actually a real musical instrument, and extremely good value at the price.

I am enjoying laerning how to play it.

you have to fret each string at the twelfth fret and listen. the note you play at this fret should be the same as the string picked open. if the note sounds flat move the bridge toward the neck if the note is sharp move the bridge toward the tail piece. of course the note will be an octave above the string sounded open.

Got a 15-T and it sounds better that my Pono’s. They play way above their price range.

Got something to say?
