aNueNue Ukulele
aNueNue are a Taiwan based company that has recently started branching out into Europe and the US. They only began in 2007 but they’ve already established a reputation for making high quality ukuleles. Their ukuleles include beginner level ukuleles (the Lani and Papa series) to more high end ukes (their Khaya, Maui and Oahu ukuleles). If you want to find out more about them, I did an interview with aNueNue.
I’ve written a full review of the aNueNue Lani II, but in short it’s a very well made ukulele. aNueNue obviously take great care when they make their instruments and it shows. The Lani II is in a different class compared to the usual beginner level ukuleles. Currently, aNueNue ukuleles are difficult to find in Europe and the US ( Juste Cordes are the only sellers I know of) but that should be changing very shortly.

I bought a solid koa tenor and i adore it,
it’s great to strum & beautiful for fingerpicking.
You guessed it, I’m in love .
I have a Khala I, solid mahogany soprano. Superb build quality, great sound, slick action and very playable right up to the 15th fret. Fantastic!

I have a papa I. I’m new in the world of ukes but i must say that i’m very pleased with my new friend
I just bought a new ukulele from the U900. I am loving my new toy. The sound is superb!!! The design is so cute and fun! Something I can have pleasure with -:))
I’ve played the ukulele and during that time I have gradually upgraded my instruments. Fortunately by buying from reputable music store you get great service and value for money.Craig from Guitar appreciates my business. I have just upgraded to the auNueNue 1879 solid Koa Soprano.
What a great instrument, solid Koa, arch back, bone nut and bridge.the bridge is also shaped for the intonation. The bracingly are all small and shaped. Geared friction tuners and the great Orcas strings. Hard case. The intonation is spot on, stays in tune. The instrument is very light. The sound can only improve with age.
I have ordered another formy friend in our group , she won’t put mine down.
If you are after a great soprano and prepared to pay a bit more you will not be disappointed.

I just purchased a Oahu Koa II. Inside it says “Made in Viet Nam”. Is this legit? I thought they were made in Taiwan.
How much is the price of Nue Nue tenor ukulele? Do you have a store in Kaoshiung, Taiwan?
Are Nue Nue ukuleles made in Taiwan?
Got something to say?
