Good selection today. (And, hey! My new computer seems to be able to play them right from the page without choking. Huzzah!)

That Rich Pearl looks like quite the Mr. Vegas. Why haven’t we heard more of him? He seems to be relatively modern, what with the plugged-in uke. You have any more details about him?

Ah… Cry Me A River. While I still think that nobody beats Julie London’s version (in “The Girl Can’t Help It”) that was a marvelous rendition.

Lastly… I’m *so* with Mr. Beasley’s reaction when he saw “Martha” at the top of the stairs. *gulp* *squeak*

I don’t know man, there’s some great playin and singing, but Oliver Cashman Brown wins the prize in my eyes this week.

    cheers,

    Todd

Hobbit: I’m guessing we haven’t heard more of him as he’s spent the last 14 years applying fake tan. That and he’s a b*njo player. His website is here.

Todd: I hope you didn’t miss Milk Boy.

I really need to get the new HMHB album. I’ll probably do a song off that when I do. Baffle the Americans.

its very good actually -one of their best maybe

‘Bad Loser on Yahoo Chess’ is a stand out track, as is ‘Totnes Bickering Fair’ – which contains the line “Not long now before lollipop men are called Darren!”
