I must have watched I Heart Huckabees ten times and I still don’t get it. Nevertheless, it’s an enjoyable film, not least because of Jon Brion’s contributions to the soundtrack. And he cropped up on the Late Late Show playing Knock Yourself Out on an 8-string uke.

    That’s a cool arrangement: doing the C as a C5 power chord, and variants on same, is a nice touch.

    I found a different PDF on the web that goes G Em Bsus4 B / C D G C / G Em Bsus4 B / Am Cmaj7 D D#dim / for the verse, Em B / Am7 C D#dim F#dim for the refrain. I’ll play with both and maybe pick out the best bits,

    Flemse: Glad I could help.

    Mike: I originally had D#dim in my write up. It works there, but I decided I couldn’t hear a C. I think the 7th in the Bsus4 and B has to be there.
