Buke and Gass, Said the Whale: Saturday UkeTube

I’m not quite sure if I’m allowed to post Buke & Gass. The ‘Buke’ part of the name comes from the modified baritone ukulele they use. It might not be a ukulele but I’m willing to overlook the ‘4 strings good, 6 strings bad’ commandment because they make a wonderful racket.

Also this week: the welcome return of Howlin’ Hobbit with wonderful facial hair, a lovely cover by theicetray and plenty more.

    Thanks, Woodshed!

    A quick word of advice to any gentleman who might be considering growing some handelbar variation. It’s like growing a damn bonsai tree. Lots of pruning and other general fussing with. Don’t do it if you don’t have the patience.

    Now, on to the important stuff:

    Gus Raucous – I’m not worthy! (genuflects)

    theicetray – ditto.

    Not a stinker in the bunch, though I didn’t watch the one in the tron room, so I might be wrong there.

    My favourites this week : theicetray with their excellent cover and Said The Whale’s sweet Goodnight Moon.

    does anyone know where i can get the tabs for “Goodnight Moon” I’ve looked for them everywhere and the only site that i’ve found charges me for them (and i’m a terminally broke student). Please!
