Ukulele Window Shopping

Jake Wildwood has a sale on for his vintage instruments. A few ukuleles available but my favourites are the Bantam guitar and the 6-string balalaika.

Some wild grain action on this Kanilea 3D curly koa. Speaking of Kanilea, their new Islander budget range has been picking up some good reports.

1939 UB01 Gibson.

The days I receive ukulele hunt mail are WAY better than the ones I don’t. Thanx Woodshed.

    Hi Al,
Finally stopped in a Barnes and Noble bookstore and picked up a copy of your book. Just wanted to say, Nice Work. The book we all wish we had when we were just learning to play.

A question on where not to store your ukulele,, what is a Boot? OK, you don’t have to answer that.

One complaint, on days where I am not playing well, I look at the cover and suspect that the title is talking about me.

    Mander Mae: Thanks so much!

Art: Thanks! Boot = trunk = the back of a car where you cram all your junk. Hope that helps.

can you please do the chords for “Bubbly” by Colbie Calliat? AND “Cough Syrup” by Young the Giant? I would love to be able to play these songs :D also, do you have a specific place where people can make requests for songs?

The Islander uke makes me want to reach for the wallet.

Never have seen a uke like the “bell.” That is kinda awesome!

    Thanks Woodshed!!!

Dan: The only thing that puts me off the Islander is that ugly logo.
