Bunheads is a dramedy about a ballet school in a fictitious, coastal california town. While there’s usually a couple of dance sketches per episode, I think this was the only time Sutton Foster got to sing. It actually ties into the events of the episode very well so carries a little more punch if you follow the show. I love the arrangement, it has a melancholy to it that I haven’t heard in other recordings.
