Nick Acosta is another one-armed ukulele player.

Earl Okin, the jazz piano player, bossa nova guitarist, mouth trumpetist and sex symbol, once did a comic ‘one-armed ukulele’ sketch, missing his fretting hand – I remember seeing that in the early 1990s.

Somewhere down this webpage is a picture of a armless (and legless) 6-year old Richard Miller playing a ukulele with Western Swing legend Bob Wills: http://www.dekedickerson.com/weird-armless.php
