Who are the Domands and what is that weird bass sounding instrument he’s playing?

MikeL: I know as little about them as you. “domands” is just the name of the YouTube channel. There was no other info I could find.
The other instrument is a “guitar”? As far as I’m able to find out, it’s a large ukulele with some extraneous strings.

She’s a fantastic player, but every time I see a Taimane song I can’t more than a minute into it because her faux-sexy moves are distracting (annoying). …Blue Bayou and Wayfaring Stranger were great though!
