That ‘Literal Video’ thing got old fast. Nevermind, the Take On Me one was amusing.
Ukebucket did a rather fine cover of this tune. You can download it here.

Alright, time to don my Choose Life shirt and hit up the town…EIGHTIES STYLE!!!!
John: Thanks.
Tamster: Used to?
Nelson: I’ll be there with my Adam Ant make-up on.
Ok I admit it , I still love this song.
cant wait to fully master this riff
je ne sais pas: Good luck with it.
How do you play the two string notes so cleanly?? It always sounds so messy and crappy for me! :(
Vatsal: Just lightly brush upwards and a little away from the strings.
A video of Ukebucket’s cover (which I find incredible) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCZzyaQlwrk
Laouik: Thanks for the link.
New here, new to uke, new to music. Loving my uke, and ukebucket’s cover is inspiring.
Anyone know her strum pattern? I’ve been watching it over and over and can’t seem to figure it out.
Also the lyrics, when and at what counts are they sang. The chords online are not same. Thanks for help.
Anyone?
Ukenoob, I don’t know if you’ll ever see this response, but the original tune is 3 half steps lower than this (starting on an F# rather than an A) and the basic chord progression is Bm-E-F#m-D. Raise these all by 3 half steps and you have Dm-G-Am-F. The refrain was A-E-F#m-D, but becomes C-G-Am-F.
Hope this helps.
nice!
