Klaxons – Golden Skans (Chords)

New rave and ukulele: go together like a horse and marriage. I’m a firm believer that if a song has chords and a strong melody it’ll work on the ukulele. Golden Skans is a case in point.

    hey im really impressed by the work you do to help our minority get better (Us ukulelist =])

    i really love this song and i hope i can learn it, but i just dont get the 3×5 thing..does that mean i pluck the 1st string 3rd fret then slide to the 5th fret, then repeat?

    thanks so much and keep up the brilliant job you doing!!!

    its not “3×5” thats where the slide crosses the sheet music line… that is if thats what you’re confused about, that is. but yes, your assumption is correct, you pluck on 3 slide to 5.
    I just got my lanikai concert uke for late christmas gift and still working out my own kinks. granted, I do have a bit of background with music in general.

    Cheers to believing almost every song is possible on the uke! Also cheers to Golden Skans, such a wonderful song :) Now if their was only a simpler way to Uke-ify every song I liked ;P
